Memories For My Child.com is a internet based memory storage service. One way to describe us might be to think of a baby journal, Mom/Dad Remembers, Grandma/Grandpa Remembers - type of book but much more convenient, safe, and up to date than any book will ever be. There are also MANY added features and benefits you can’t get anywhere else!!

How can you assure me that you won’t lose my information?
Your information is as valuable to us and it is to you. Our systems are professionally hosted in a secure data center. We make every reasonable effort and use industry best practices to keep your information safe and secure.

Can anyone see my account or leave messages for my children?
Your account is password protected – so only you or those you give your password to can have access to your account. You are also in control of who leaves messages in your archives. Only those you personally invite through email will receive their own login and password to create a guest accounts. You will be able to preview all entries written by guests and may choose to keep or delete those entries.

Can I cancel my account at any time and what happens to the information in my account?
While we hope that you will stay with us for a lifetime – you may cancel your account at anytime. You will need to pay whatever outstanding account balance that might have. If you choose to stop using our service, for a nominal fee, you may also choose to have us export the data from your account to you. Upon discontinuing your service – please contact us and we will provide you with further information about this process.

Do you keep my information private?

How do I share the information that I’ve saved on the site with my child?
There will be 3 ways for you to share this gift with your child. The first would be to give your child access to the site by providing them with your login and password. The second will be to take the collected information and compile it into a print book. The third will be to take the collected information and compile it onto a digital format (DVD or CD). The second and third options are currently being developed – but will be available to you very soon. We are working very hard to insure this process is simple and produces a high quality product for you.

What do I do when I’m ready to make a book or CD?
Memories For My Child.com is working very hard to develop the process of creating your book or CD and will have it available to you very soon. When this step is available we will have notifications on the site and will notify you via our newsletters as well. It is very important for us to develop a simple user friendly process with a high quality product. That is why we are taking a little extra time to get this step completed just right. We are very excited about being able to offer this service to you and will let you know as soon as it is available.

What if something happens to me – will my child ever get there memories?
The key to this is constantly keeping your account up to date with your current contact information and secondary contact information. The reason we ask for secondary contact information is for emergency situations like this. If your account should become inactive for longer than 6 months, we will attempt to contact you to make sure you wish to keep the account active. If we are unable to reach you – we will try to reach your secondary contact. However, as with any other important documents, you are primarily responsible for letting your family know about the wonderful gift you've created for them. We suggest leaving the web address, your login and password in the same area as your important documents. This way your family will be able to retrieve these wonderful memories. Please be sure to take the initiative to let someone know about your account (and access information) on this website.

What happens if I stop paying?
If for any reason, you stop paying on your account your account will be marked for Termination. When you account is marked for Termination all use/access of your account will be suspended. You will have a period of 6 months to pay your account balance in full at which time the suspension of your account will be lifted and you will be able to access your account again. If you fail to pay after 6 months your account will be terminated. See Terms and Conditions for further information regarding Termination policy.
